Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking an experienced Clinical AI Strategist to shape trustworthy AI in clinical decision support. You will work across Clinical AI, Product, Engineering, Editorial, and Business Development to advance solutions and partner with customers.

This role emphasizes clinical expertise, research background, and strong communication to guide deployment, maintain clinical accuracy, and ensure safe integration within workflows. Remote/hybrid with travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical practice with depth in patient care and related research or education.
• Strong academic or scholarly background with publications or teaching activity.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based medicine and clinical decision making.
• Experience in designing and communicating clinical studies and outcomes research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse clinical/technical audiences.
• Cross-functional leadership and ability to drive complex clinical initiatives.
• Familiarity with generative AI in healthcare and its clinical considerations.
• Board certification preferred; active clinical practice preferred; US medical license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on cross-functional teams to design and improve clinical AI systems and decision support.
• Contribute clinical expertise to reasoning frameworks, pathways, and evaluation methods.
• Lead clinical validation activities, safety evaluation, and expert testing.
• Translate clinician and partner feedback into system improvements with Product/Engineering/Editorial teams.
• Monitor developments in clinical AI, evidence-based medicine, and risk management.
• Partner with Business Development and cross-functional teams as clinical representative.
