Qualifikationen

• MD, DO, PharmD, Advanced Practice Provider, or equivalent clinical degree.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical practice with breadth across clinical research, education, patient safety, quality improvement, informatics, or publishing.
• Strong academic background demonstrated by research, publication, or medical education.
• Familiarity with evidence-based medicine and clinical decision making.
• Experience in clinical research or outcomes research and ability to design and communicate studies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to convey complex clinical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Cross-functional collaboration across clinical, product, and technical teams.
• Familiarity with generative AI in healthcare and its clinical considerations.
• Experience in product, digital health, or partnerships is preferred.
• Leadership experience and ability to lead complex clinical initiatives.

• Collaborate on cross-functional teams to design, validate, and improve clinical AI systems and decision support.
• Contribute clinical expertise to reasoning frameworks, evaluation approaches, and real-world decision making.
• Lead and contribute to clinical validation activities, safety evaluation, and expert testing.
• Translate feedback into system improvements with Product, Engineering, Editorial, and Clinical AI teams.
• Monitor developments in clinical AI, evidence-based medicine, and regulatory risk management.
• Partner with BD and teams as a clinical representative in partner engagements.
• Communicate Wolters Kluwer's approach to clinical accuracy, quality, safety, and trustworthy AI.
