Job summary

CVS Health’s Caremark division is hiring a Senior Clinical Advisor—Client Product Business Strategy to deliver complex, customer‑specific solutions, focusing on the myPBM platform. You will partner with PBM teams and account stakeholders to align priorities, remove barriers, and deliver measurable outcomes across multiple workstreams.

You’ll influence strategy through clinical expertise, data analysis, and clear communication, while driving continuous improvement and executive‑level engagement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmacist experience in customer relationship management (or equivalent client-facing experience)
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license
• Knowledge of PBM system technology
• Critical thinking and problem-solving, including root cause analysis
• Demonstrated ability to partner across business units to improve member, provider, and customer experience
• Strong leadership, organization, prioritization, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to customers for meetings and events

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client relationships and PBM strategy.
• Translate clinical changes into practical solutions for customers.
• Drive issue resolution, escalations, and corrective action plans across teams.
• Demonstrate the value of the partnership to customers.
• Support new technology implementations with clinical intent and PBM strategy.
• Create and deliver materials on strategy, responsibilities, metrics, and performance.
• Mentor teams and own outcomes with accountability.
