Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmacist experience in customer relationship management or equivalent client-facing work.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license.
• Knowledge of PBM system technology and clinical impact.
• Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and solution design abilities.
• Ability to partner across business units to improve member/provider/customer experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for all levels.

Responsibilities
