Responsibilities

• Owns relationships related to systems and processes across multiple workstreams.
• Influences strategy, communication, data analysis, project work and customer interactions.
• Leads issue resolution, escalations and corrective action plans across teams.
• Translates clinical needs into practical solutions and supports PBM strategy.
