Job summary

New Season Treatment Centers is seeking a Program Director to lead a clinic team and a mobile unit, ensuring patient safety and high-quality care. You will collaborate with Medical Director, Regional Director, clinic staff and support-center teams to oversee operations and regulatory compliance.

The role requires experience in health care management, staff development, and adherence to accreditation standards, with a focus on treatment quality and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education/licensure requirements per state.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to clinic staff and contract labor.
• Ensure compliance with 42 CFR Part 2 and 45 CFR Parts 160 & 164.
• Oversee recruiting with Talent Acquisitions to maintain staffing levels.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff and patients.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
• Oversee daily financials, including cash handling and revenue cycle processes.
• Supervise electronic medical records input and daily data reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory management and pharmacy compliance with DEA rules.
• Develop patient counseling schedules and ensure quality patient care.
• Prepare reports and participate in program audits and quality assurance.
