Job summary

Colonial Management Group, LP is seeking an experienced clinic manager to provide day-to-day leadership and administration at a clinic. The role collaborates with the Medical Director, Regional Director, and corporate staff to ensure patient well-being and safety.

The position emphasizes staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and effective financial management within budget constraints, ensuring quality patient care and program accreditation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Methadone, general counseling practices, Federal Confidentiality Law, HIPAA & ethics.
• Must be computer literate and have basic knowledge of all Microsoft products.
• Experience: Minimum of four (4) years in substance abuse, psychology, sociology, counseling, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal, and Colonial Management Group, LP rules and policies.
• Oversee clinic operation within budgets including payroll, supplies, and overtime.
• Actively recruit all clinic staff, including contract labor.
• Maintain daily cash transactions and medication inventory records.
• Provide supervision for all staff and contract labor.
• Monitor staff performance and regulatory issues.
• Maintain relationships with authorities as needed.
• Prepare and submit required reports (annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly, daily).
• Ensure patient intake, admission, discharge, and aftercare paperwork is completed.
• Document patient progress accurately in charts.
