Job summary

Weber Recovery Center is seeking an experienced Clinical Program Director to oversee day-to-day clinic operations, staff hiring/training, program oversight and development, and regulatory compliance to ensure high client and staff satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage multiple programs, and a focus on continuous improvement in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Clinical Program Director is preferred.
• The required licensing/certification to perform this role is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and prioritize needs.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional team-building and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, services, safety regulations, and current/future programs.
• Ensure record keeping and compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Recruit and train staff and ensure ongoing training procedures.
• Provide strong leadership to the clinic and staff with a clear vision forward.
• Assist with developing budgets and financial documentation (expenses and revenue).
• Attend training workshops, meetings and events to stay up to date with regulations.
