Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors; verify demographics and insurance data.
• Enter information into computer systems and ensure accuracy of patient accounts.
• Answer phones, take messages, and respond to inquiries from patients and staff.
• Schedule patient appointments following physician guidelines.
• Collect patient payments and arrange payment plans as needed.
• Assist front desk leadership with denials, work queues, and claim accuracy.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of PHI.
• Support clinic operations and effective communication within the team.
