Job summary

Lutheran Health Physicians in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Clinic Manager III for Primary Care to oversee multiple clinics, manage staff and budgets, and partner with physicians to improve access and care quality.

You will lead operations, ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, and drive process improvements. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, several years of leadership, and strong communication are required, with onsite Mon-Fri 8a-5p and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration or related field.
• Several years of leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing staff, budgets, and revenue cycles.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic operations across site(s), ensuring efficient patient flow and service quality.
• Partners with physicians and clinical leaders to improve access, scheduling, and care delivery.
• Manages financials, including billing processes and payer reimbursement trends.
• Ensures HIPAA, OSHA, and accreditation compliance; maintains documentation.
• Develops and enforces clinic policies, workflows and staffing plans.
• Leads onboarding and training for staff; supports performance evaluations and staff development.
• Coordinates with hospital departments and external partners to optimize service delivery.
