Qualifications

• 3 years experience in a medical office setting, or supervisory/managerial experience.
• Strong supervisory/managerial capabilities may substitute for direct medical office experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office operations including staffing levels and adherence to policies.
• Serve as a liaison between site employees, physicians, health plans, MSO and administrative team to ensure appropriate access and delivery of care.
