• 3 years of experience in a medical office setting, or Supervisory/managerial experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance; driving may be required and state laws apply.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office operations, including staffing levels and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Act as liaison between site employees, physicians, health plans, MSO, and administrative team.
• Collaborate with Medical Office Manager/Administrator and Chief of Staff to ensure appropriate access and delivery of care.
