Job summary

Providence Medical Foundation seeks a Manager of Operations to plan, organize and oversee clinical operations in collaboration with the Executive Director. This role ensures efficient administrative support and direct oversight of clinics, contributing to a patient-centered care environment.

The successful candidate will bring healthcare management experience, licensure as a California RN, and leadership skills to inspire teams and improve operations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Management/supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
• 2 years of Supervisory/leadership experience in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage operations in conjunction with the Executive Director.
• Provide direct oversight of administrative support services.
• Fulfill duties associated with managing clinics and operations.
• Report directly to the Executive Director of Employer Wellness.
