Cherry Health is seeking an Associate Director of Practice Operations to lead operational functions at an assigned health center in Michigan. This role ensures high quality clinical services, staffing, patient access, safety, and regulatory compliance in collaboration with medical leadership.

The position requires 7–10 years in medical settings, with 5+ years in supervisory roles, and may involve travel between Cherry Health locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• RN license in Michigan is preferred.
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification is required.
• Travel between sites may be required.

Responsabilités

• Lead site operations and ensure delivery of high quality clinical services.
