Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of related field experience with Bachelor's required.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and strategic direction for physician practices.
• Collaborates with leadership to set operational and financial goals.
• Ensures scheduling, billing, patient access, and clinical support across locations.
• Leads growth initiatives and practice acquisitions with leadership teams.
• Manages physician contracting onboarding and performance monitoring.
