Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years relevant healthcare experience.
• Medical Assistant certification/registration-eligible graduate or be scheduled to graduate from an accredited medical assistant program; substitutions include graduate of an accredited nursing program (such as RN/LPN).
• Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within one month of hire date.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily activities of clinical offices, support staff, and ancillary services to ensure adequate workflow and coverage.
• Arrange for availability of medical records needed for services.
• Interviews and hires applicants for positions; trains and evaluates staff; documents performance and salary recommendations.
• Acts as liaison between service provider, patient and clerical/support personnel; ensures patient examination areas are staffed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
