Job summary

Mphasis is seeking a Client WAN Engineer to design and deploy remote customer network connectivity, interfacing with client business units and customers to enable service consumption. The ideal candidate is autonomous, detail-oriented, and communicates effectively with leadership, peers, and customers; strong experience in enterprise networks and automation is required.

You will collaborate with network engineering, NOC, and development teams to drive automation and improve deployment efficiency

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related IT experience.
• Hands-on Python, Git, Ansible, and YAML development.
• Experience with Layer 3 protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.
• Experience with SD-WAN, MPLS, IPsec, S2S, DMVPN.
• Experience with Layer 2 protocols: HSRP, VRRP.

Responsibilities

• Interface with client business units and customers to design and deploy remote connectivity for services.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering, NOC, and development teams to drive automation and productivity.
• Lead technologies and contribute to expanding the network architecture for future deployments.
• Support large-scale, enterprise-grade networks and customer deployments.
• Demonstrate autonomous work style with clear written and verbal communication to leadership and peers.
