Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a senior network architect to design, document, and deploy services in a global IP/MPLS network. You will drive SD-WAN, IPSec, and MPLS VPN solutions while integrating private and public clouds and automating configuration.

The role emphasizes NetDevOps collaboration with pre-sales and development teams. You will lead critical maintenance, provide third-level support, and help evolve our network design practices with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience designing MPLS and SD-WAN architectures with strong real-world deployments.
• Hands-on configuration of Fortinet FortiGate devices in SD-WAN topologies.
• Experience with network automation and DevOps tooling (Terraform, Ansible, JSON, Nautobot).
• Proficient in IPSec, DMVPN and RFC-compliant VPN designs.
• Cloud-based networking on AWS/Azure/GCP is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and test new network technologies and document results for repeatability by Implementations team.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineers to translate customer requirements into scalable solutions.
• Evaluate platforms with vendors for integration into TNS product suite.
• Provide third-level support to NOC and Implementations teams.
• Develop lab test plans, document configurations, and train operations personnel.
• Engage with vendors to resolve issues and perform hands-on testing.
