Talkspace is hiring a Senior Client Support Representative for a remote role based in Eastern Time. You will handle live phone, chat, and email inquiries about benefits coverage and service experiences with empathy and accuracy.

You will resolve escalated issues, educate clients on self-service tools, and share insights to improve support processes. Strong communication and independent work in a remote team are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years in a contact center delivering email, chat, and phone support in a customer-facing role.
• High School diploma or equivalent; a 4-year college degree is a plus.
• Experience in tele-health, tele-therapy, or medical insurance is advantageous.
• Ability to multi-task across systems and programs; fast-paced environment experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and sound judgment in problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional client support via live phone, live chat, and email.
• Respond promptly to inquiries about benefits coverage and service issues with empathy.
• Resolve complex and escalated inquiries requiring investigation.
• Educate clients on self-service resources and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify trends in client contact reasons and report issues to leadership daily.
• Contribute to knowledge base updates and improvements to support processes.
• Attend department meetings and participate in onboarding as SME for new hires.
