Inspira Financial is seeking a Sr. Support Specialist to join the team remotely. You will handle email, chat, and text inquiries from accountholders, provide advanced product education on FSA, HSA, COBRA, and direct rollover plans, and resolve time-sensitive issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service/call center.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to accountholder emails, chats, voice calls, or texts.
• Manage escalated client situations and follow up with accountholders.
• Mentor new Support Specialists and assist with training and onboarding.
• Support pilots, UAT, and other new programs as needed.
