Base pay range

$67,500.00/yr - $97,500.00/yr

Contact Government Services is seeking a Senior Client Success Representative to support our team.

The position requires knowledge of general business principles, excellent communication skills, experience with various technical communication methods, and a proven ability to understand and execute program initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting the Client Success department with identifying new opportunities, recruitment for new contract acquisitions, assisting with existing client support tasks, and providing support to the Director level of the department. The role may also involve candidate sourcing, security process management, and coordination of program kickoff and sustainment activities. Collaboration with the Business Development team to identify and secure new bid work is essential. The position may support proposal phases and operational project execution as a billable resource, serving as a direct support to the Director of the Client Success team.

Job duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  1. Maintain the CRM by updating opportunity cards, establishing pricing, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and submitting qualified candidates.
  2. Review and present candidates to clients.
  3. Manage a pipeline of candidates for open opportunities, including pre-screens, interviews, and security processes.
  4. Update and enhance CGS Applicant Tracking Systems.
  5. Create and maintain core documentation and systems.
  6. Maintain knowledge of government contracting.
  7. Assist with maintaining client relationships and growth initiatives.
  8. Develop organic growth with existing clients.
  9. Participate in deal crafting and business strategy, including pricing and contract terms.
  10. Assist with onboarding new clients from bids.
  11. Support Business Development with pricing, market research, technical writing, sourcing personnel, and participating in business lifecycle phases.
