This range is provided by CGS Federal (Contact Government Services). Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$67,500.00/yr - $97,500.00/yr

Position Overview

Contact Government Services is seeking a Senior Client Success Representative to support our team. The role requires general business sense, excellent communication skills, experience with technical communication methods, and the ability to understand and execute program initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting the Client Success department with identifying new opportunities, recruitment for new contract acquisition, assisting with existing client programs, and supporting the Director of the department. The position may also involve candidate sourcing, security process management, program coordination, and supporting business development efforts to grow CGS's portfolio. It may include proposal support and operational project tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the CRM with opportunity details, candidate sourcing, interviews, and submissions
  • Review and present candidates to clients
  • Manage candidate pipelines through screening and security processes
  • Update and enhance CGS Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Maintain core documentation and systems knowledge
  • Support client relationship management and growth initiatives
  • Contribute to business development, including pricing, market research, and proposal phases
  • Assist with onboarding new clients from bids
  • Support sourcing for personnel and technical writing as part of business development
