Job summary

Sage is hiring a Client Success Manager to own relationships with regional and community leaders across strategic operators. You will guide customers through the full post sales lifecycle, drive strong adoption of our nurse call, fall detection and analytics products, and lead pilots that demonstrate measurable impact that results in Net Operating Income (NOI).

You will run QBRs in partnership with the Growth team for regional and C-suite stakeholders, present clear analytics on impact, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client success or account management at SaaS companies.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts with senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record of high NRR and renewals.
• Thrives in ambiguity and ownership of initiatives.
• Passion for Sage's mission to improve care for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic relationships with regional operators and community leadership teams.
• Define success plans, set quarterly targets, and drive adoption and workflow efficiency.
• Lead QBRs with regional and C-suite stakeholders; present analytics on impact.
• Identify expansion opportunities (CSQLs) and collaborate with Growth to build business cases.
• Analyze resident care and staffing data to derive insights and actionable recommendations.
• Observe how users interact with Sage and relay feedback to product teams.
• Voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, and Support.
• Travel expected 20%.
