Qualifications

• 5+ years in client success or account management at high growth SaaS firms.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive net revenue retention and renewals.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and ownership.
• Passion for Sage's mission to improve care for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic relationships with regional operators and community leadership teams.
• Define success plans and set measurable quarterly targets for adoption and efficiency.
• Lead QBRs with regional and C-suite stakeholders to showcase Sage value.
• Surface expansion opportunities and collaborate with Growth to build business cases.
• Analyze resident care data to derive insights and actionable recommendations.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, and Support.
• Travel up to 20%.
