Sage is seeking a Client Success Associate to support adoption of Sage's Care Platform across client communities. You’ll monitor engagement, surface insights, and partner with community teams to drive value and reduce churn.

You will work with Product, Support, and Marketing to relay feedback and deliver data-driven recommendations, training, and ongoing success programs that improve operational efficiency for facilities.

Competenze

• 2–4 years in a customer-facing role (CS/AM or similar).
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Customer-first mindset with passion for helping others via technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Comfort with data analytics/visualization tools to track success metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage clients effectively.
• Collaborates across Sales, Product, Marketing to relay feedback.

Mansioni

• Act as primary contact for clients at the community level; provide training and support as needed.
• Surface Sage super-users to Community and Marketing teams for campaigns and training.
• Identify at-risk communities and address issues to reduce churn.
• Ensure ROI by leveraging Sage data to inform operational decisions.
• Reinforce opportunities to increase care revenue and improve efficiency.
• Train community management on Sage Analytics for data-driven operations.
• Reach out proactively based on usage data to drive adoption.
• Drive engagement and adoption by building trust-based relationships.
