Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver best in class client service by independently managing at least 50 accounts, anticipating needs and driving retention.
• Build strong relationships with primary client contacts and ensure day-to-day needs are met.
• Prepare and conduct regular plan reviews with clients; coordinate materials with producers.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to meet SLAs and improve the client experience.
