Job summary

Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, is seeking a Client Service Associate to support the Retirement Plan Services team. You will assist with client communications, meeting preparation, and administrative support, delivering exceptional service to clients, advisors, and internal partners.

The role requires organization, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle multiple priorities. You will process paperwork, coordinate marketing efforts, and aid in plan reviews and onboarding documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in finance or related business preferred.
• Experience in retirement plan services a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Support the teams with administrative duties and high-level client service.
• Perform client service tasks such as paperwork execution and marketing coordination.
• Execute custodial forms for fund changes and ensure completion.
