Charles Schwab is hiring a Senior Client Service Manager in Austin, TX for Schwab Trust Bank. You will build lasting relationships with Independent Recordkeepers, RIAs, and TPAs, serving as the primary client contact and advocate across lines of business.

You will lead initiatives to improve service levels, educate clients, and coordinate with internal partners to deliver timely information. The role emphasizes on-site collaboration and a strong focus on client retention and growth within

• Experience with qualified retirement plans or employee benefit plans providing trust/custody or recordkeeping services.
• Ability to present a professional image in all communications.
• Ability to educate clients through knowledge sharing and training.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary contact for assigned independent recordkeepers and third party administrator relationships.
• Present a professional image of Schwab in all communications.
• Introduce new products and services as well as recommend service enhancements
• Proactively consult and educate clients to promote retention and growth.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver timely and accurate information.
• Meet or exceed established service level standards.
• Manage multiple tasks with high productivity and service quality.
• Provide ongoing proactive communication on projects and issues.
• Escalate client issues to appropriate internal resources.
• Train and guide other Client Service Managers and Associates.
