Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a Client Relations Manager to oversee day-to-day client relationships, leveraging knowledge of benefit plans and product offerings to ensure satisfaction and retention.

You will interact with clients, consultants, and producers, lead implementations, present performance metrics, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive upsell opportunities and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 11+ years experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience with Bachelor's Degree, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Regulated Market experience preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple projects and navigating multiple stakeholder groups preferred.
• Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office and Internet experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong focus on book of business client satisfaction and client retention results.
• Demonstrated ability managing projects with proven project management processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and resolve issues with urgency.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 20%.
• If working from home occasionally or permanently, broadband with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships through comprehensive knowledge of client benefit plans and product offerings.
• Interact daily with clients, consultants, and producers, providing preventative consultation, analysis, and issue resolution.
• Manage and execute client benefit requests, including benefit changes, product upsells, new groups, terminations, and escalated issues.
• Lead new group and specific product implementations, establishing and leading internal meetings to ensure collaboration, quality, and timely delivery.
• Lead client-centric team meetings to review operational performance against client expectations and needs.
• Present operational performance metrics to clients monthly and/or quarterly.
• Promote client satisfaction, profitability, retention, and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Directors and cross-functional operational teams on client activity, expectations, and service needs.
