Qualifications

• University / college degree typically required for roles at this level.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
• Bachelor's degree listed under Education
• Knowledge of book of business, client relationship building, credit processes, credit products, customer engagement, decision making, financial analysis, and identifying sales opportunities
• Competencies in client relationship management, communicating for impact, decision making and critical thinking, influencing, managing multiple priorities, products and services, understanding customer needs, and value selling

Responsibilities

• Support client management activities with clients and prospective clients as directed
• Help coordinate team members and PNC partners to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Support development and execution of relationship management plans
• Coordinate with the team to determine action plans through thorough discovery of client needs
• Leverage knowledge of business segment capabilities and offerings to deliver proactive and responsive service aligned with client goals
• Support a book of business
• Help develop and execute strategies for proactively sourcing new relationships for the bank
• Serve as a communication and contact point with existing clients and prospects to capture expansion opportunities
• Manage risk through adherence to AMG policies and procedures
• Work with risk partners to escalate client concerns and bring about quick resolution
• Make business-appropriate introductions based on knowledge of partner offerings
• Maintain timely, accurate, and complete sales/client relationship management administration tasks
• Help ensure execution of team processes, including pre-call planning, post-call debriefs, and relationship reviews
