Job summary

Fitch Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager based in our New York office. This role focuses on delivering measurable value for a portfolio of strategic clients, leading onboarding, adoption, and executive engagement across regions and business lines.

You will partner with Account Management, Sales, Solution Architects, and Product teams to drive renewal, retention, and growth, mentor peers, and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing experience in financial services, fintech, or related field.
• Experience managing complex client relationships across multiple levels.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience engaging with senior-level client conversations and executives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and adoption programs to ensure value realization for strategic clients.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships and conduct business reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Analysts to deliver a coordinated client experience.
• Monitor client health, usage, and risk; identify renewal and growth opportunities.
• Mentor teammates and drive cross-functional projects to improve customer outcomes.
