KSM Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Client Success Manager / vCIO (MSP) in Indianapolis. The role focuses on ensuring client success across complex technology projects, with direct responsibility for the client relationship, governance, and strategic outcomes.

You will partner with clients to understand business goals, lead solution discussions, and coordinate across teams to deliver value, including data management, infrastructure, architecture, and security considerations.

Qualifications

5+ years experience managing complex work portfolios strategic to an executive team.
Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, Trello or similar PM tools.
Knowledge of Municipality, State and Federal government work is a plus.
Experience in consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own client success delivery and serve as primary contact for assigned accounts.
Manage internal portfolio finances, including monthly finance reviews and invoicing.
Oversee contract management for services and MSAs, renewals, extensions, and amendments.
Forecast and drive new project ideas from inception to SOW with cross-functional teams.
Lead business development activities for client accounts and coordinate with sales.
