Job summary

Foundant is a remote-first software company serving foundations, grantmakers, nonprofits, and community organizations. You will lead and grow a team of Client Success Managers, driving adoption and outcomes across the SmartSimple portfolio.

You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Sales and Services, manage escalations, expand services, and foster trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders while ensuring strong retention and renewals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or related field.
• 3+ years leading teams that manage enterprise accounts.
• Experience with SaaS or enterprise technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Client Success Managers.
• Design scalable success frameworks for our SmartSimple client portfolio.
• Primary escalation point for SmartSimple accounts with urgent resolutions.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure seamless client experience.
• Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with Professional Services.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management to feed roadmap.
• Monitor retention, health scores, and adoption metrics to drive interventions.
• Set clear performance goals and provide regular coaching.
• Ensure enterprise-level SLAs and contractual commitments are met.
