Job summary

Foundant is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Marketing & Client Growth to own positioning, drive go-to-market launches, and promote product expansion across our SaaS portfolio. This hands-on role requires strong writing and collaboration across product, sales, and client experience teams.

You’ll shape messaging, create collateral and sales tools, analyze market signals, and lead campaigns that translate product priorities into revenue. Remote-first with global teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, including expansion, lifecycle or demand generation marketing.
• Track record owning GTM strategy and execution for a complex SaaS portfolio.
• Strong writing and editing skills with compelling, benefit-driven messaging.
• Strong communication and cross-functional partnership with product, sales, client success, and marketing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, including growth and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling positioning and messaging across products and segments to differentiate in the market.
• Lead go-to-market planning and execution for feature enhancements and new product initiatives.
• Write and refine external product messaging from Foundant's assets and sales materials.
• Create impactful sales enablement assets (decks, brochures, tool kits, comparison charts).
• Conduct competitive analysis and translate insights into sharpened messaging and enablement.
• Measure messaging performance and refine based on conversion and engagement metrics.
