Foundant is a remote-first company delivering mission-critical software for the social good ecosystem. We seek a Senior Manager, Client Success to lead a high-impact team serving enterprise clients and to build scalable success frameworks across the SmartSimple portfolio.

The role emphasizes driving adoption, retention, and expansion in a remote, globally distributed environment. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Delivery, while coaching managers and ensuring strong client

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Client Success or related field, including 3+ years leading enterprise accounts.
• Experience managing a client success portfolio within a SaaS product and surfacing expansion opportunities.
• Experience collaborating with third-party implementation or delivery partners in SaaS/enterprise environments.
• Working proficiency with success metrics and reporting tools (health scoring, retention analytics, CRM/CS platforms).
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Client Success Managers to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Design scalable success frameworks for the SmartSimple portfolio to boost product adoption and mission impact.
• Serve as primary escalation point for accounts, resolving complex issues with urgency.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders and anticipate their needs.
• Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure seamless client experience across engagements.
• Identify expansion opportunities within portfolios and hand off to Professional Services for scoping and delivery.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management to translate client feedback into roadmap input.
• Monitor retention, health-score, and adoption metrics to drive proactive interventions.
• Set clear performance goals and provide regular coaching.
• Ensure enterprise-level SLAs and contractual commitments are met.
