Job summary

MetLife seeks a Sr. Client Services Consultant II to manage end-to-end client experience for a portfolio of Jumbo-sized PPS relationships. You will be the primary contact for service delivery and strategic initiatives, guiding cross-functional efforts with senior client stakeholders.

The role is hybrid, based out of a MetLife office. You will partner with brokers and internal teams to drive retention, growth, and satisfaction while applying industry knowledge and AI-enabled tools to enhance

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 10+ years in client services or related field.
• Expert knowledge of group insurance products and systems.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management.
• Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall client experience and strategic relationship management for jumbo PPS clients.
• Manage complex projects, audits, and executive-level presentations across stakeholders.
• Develop plan design alternatives, process improvements, and customized solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure data accuracy.
• Mentor team members and stay updated on products, industry trends, and best practices.
