Job summary

MetLife is seeking a Sr. Client Services Consultant II to oversee the end-to-end client experience for a portfolio of large PPS clients, often with 10,000 to 100,000+ members and substantial annual premiums.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for service delivery, issue resolution, and strategic initiatives across internal and external stakeholders. The role requires seasoned expertise in group insurance, strong program management, and the ability to influence executives.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in client services, account management or employee benefits.
• Expert knowledge of group insurance products, services, and systems.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client experience for jumbo PPS clients as primary service contact.
• Manage complex projects, audits, and executive-level presentations across stakeholders.
• Develop plan design alternatives, process improvements, and customized solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure data accuracy.
• Mentor team members and stay current with MetLife products and market trends.
