Job summary

Clearwater Analytics, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to build and sustain relationships with leading hedge funds. You will own the end-to-end client experience, managing daily engagement and operational performance.

You will collaborate with onboarding, product support and technology to deliver value-added solutions and drive client retention and growth. The role requires strong financial services knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant investment industry experience (preferably hedge funds, buy-side, sell-side, admin, custodian or FinTech competitor).
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar field or STEM degree with relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client’s BAU activities are in good order and all commitments and deliverables are being met by maintaining and reviewing daily client dashboards and closely monitoring open issues.
• Manage and maintain client profile details in a centralized CRM tool which includes client health, risk / remediation plans and key client attributes.
• Act as an escalation point and subject matter expert for any client issues ensuring accurate, organized and timely resolution.
• Work closely with client onboarding, product support and technology teams to deliver cohesive solutions that follow industry and system best practices.
• Provide consultation on workflows and identify potential opportunities to expand relationship.
• Conduct quarterly meetings with clients to obtain feedback on overall satisfaction.
• Ensure clients are successful in meeting their goals with Clearwater Analytics and are in a referenceable state.
• Be an advocate for your clients.

Education
