Job summary

Clearwater Analytics in Chicago is seeking an Account Service Delivery Manager to establish and maintain relationships with major clients, government entities, and funds. You will oversee client engagement, reporting, and operational performance, helping drive retention and growth.

The role requires a strong background in financial services and investment accounting, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate across sales, product, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in investment accounting or financial services.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client contact and ensure CWAN meets expectations.
• Coordinate engagement across sales, products, and operations to support clients.
• Oversee accurate daily/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for clients.
• Manage client engagement model and client health reporting.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts and train clients.
