Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or financial/business field.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of investment accounting and financial statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries across investment accounting and markets.
• Deliver timely information regarding Financial Statements & Analytics Reporting.
• Complete operational tasks: account setup, client lockdowns, compliance, reconciliation.
• Collaborate with clients to build relationships and improve their Clearwater experience.
• Validate investment data against third-party market data sources and internal tools.
• Proactively solve client queries using knowledge base and internal resources.
• Organize workflow based on productivity and quality metrics.
• Lead on team and client projects and assist in coaching junior staff.
