Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Hedge Fund Client Support Associate in New York. You will deliver top-tier operational support, address inquiries on investment accounting, and serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams.

You will resolve client inquiries with precision, maintain strong relationships, and assist in training junior staff while advancing client satisfaction and advocacy for Clearwater.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries on investment accounting, assets, and markets.
• Provide timely, accurate info on financial statements and analytics.
• Complete operational tasks: account setup, client lockdowns, reconciliations.
• Build relationships with clients and enhance their Clearwater experience.
• Verify data against third-party sources and use internal tools for reconciliation.
• Navigate knowledge base to proactively solve client questions.
• Prioritize high-importance tasks based on productivity metrics.
• Lead team/client projects and collaborate with internal groups.
• Handle complex client queries.
• Train and coach junior staff and supervise their work.
