Job summary

Clearwater Analytics in Chicago seeks a Senior Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of institutional clients, including REITs, corporations, and insurers, with responsibility for retention, expansion, and end-to-end relationship management.

You will serve as the primary client contact, coordinating with Sales, Product, and Operations, leading governance calls and QBRs, and translating client activity into Clearwater reporting and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in investment management or financial services.
• Experience with institutional client types (REITs, insurers, corporations) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the book of institutional clients and drive retention and growth.
• Lead governance calls and quarterly business reviews.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver client outcomes.
• Translate client activity into Clearwater reporting and workflows.
• Mentor analysts and manage daily client inquiries.
