• Develop, implement and maintain long-term projects spanning two years or more.
• Monitor progress, produce status reports, timelines and metrics.
• Lead cross-functional teams including internal customers and vendors.
• Plan project scope, cost, testing, implementation and post-implementation review.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans; drive process improvements.
• Provide supervision as needed and communicate with executives.
