Myriad360 is seeking a Senior Client Solutions Architect to shape technical strategy for high-value, multi-practice opportunities. You will own solution architecture from discovery through design validation and deal progression, partnering with Account Executives and Principal Architects to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions aligned with client goals.

You will mentor CSAs and engineers, drive reference architectures, and act as a trusted advisor throughout senior-level client engagements.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting.
• Proven ability to design and sell multi-domain enterprise solutions.
• Advanced consultative discovery skills.
• Broad technical proficiency across at least two Myriad360 core practice areas.
• Ability to independently manage complex technical sales cycles.
• OEM certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sophisticated, multi-practice discovery sessions centered on achieving business outcomes rather than focusing solely on products.
• Own solution architecture and technical strategy for medium to large-scale opportunities.
• Proactively identify cross-practice opportunities spanning networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineering.
• Ensure alignment across practices by driving cohesive architectural solutions and well-defined execution pathways.
• Partner with Account Executives to influence deal strategy, qualification, and positioning.
• Collaborate with Practice Directors and Principal Architects to validate solution designs, BOMs, and SOWs.
• Serve as a key technical escalation point during advanced stages of the sales cycle.
• Mentor CSAs and engineers in best practices for solution design, discovery methods, and consultative selling.
• Contribute to the development of reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and enablement resources.
• Represent Myriad360 in senior-level client discussions, workshops, and technical briefings.
• Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies.
• Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts.
