Job summary

Western Alliance Bank seeks a Client Services Analyst III to manage client relationships for CLOs and Leverage Finance facilities. The role focuses on accurate reporting, data reconciliation, and timely payments across in-house systems.

You will interact with asset managers, auditors, and rating agencies to ensure service excellence. The position requires 5+ years in banking operations and strong communication skills, with a remote-friendly setup in Maryland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience or similar field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Intermediate to advanced TranStar experience preferred.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create technical report specifications from indenture language.
• Set up payment calculations in a variety of in-house systems.
• Receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data.
• Compile monthly, quarterly and annual payment and tax reports.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made.
• Perform quality control review of reports, meeting timeliness and accuracy standards.
• Perform portfolio compliance tests on a selection of structured fixed income deals.
• Frequent interaction with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies.
