Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support trade management and collateral services across multiple client trades. You will prepare and deliver accurate trade reporting on schedule, and handle ad hoc reporting as requested.

Responsibilities include reviewing loan-level reports, communicating with cross-functional teams, resolving issues, and ensuring timely updates to clients. A bachelor's degree and mortgage document knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years reviewing, assessing, and curing mortgage collateral documents.
• Prior experience as Specialist I or Client Services Support I preferred.
• Some mortgage document knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver accurate trade reporting to clients per schedule/calendar.
• Complete ad hoc reporting as requested by Client and Trade/Portfolio Manager.
• Ensure client reports are ready at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Review loan level reports to ensure projects progress and communicate issues to teams.
• Coordinate with Functional/Reconciliation/Chain teams on high priority deals/tasks.
• Resolve loan-level issues as assigned; follow up on discrepancies.
