Job summary

Guardant Health, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Associate II to deliver exceptional support to customers, the Clinical Laboratory, and Sales Reps. The role is on site in Palo Alto with a defined hybrid schedule and standard base pay ranges.

The position requires strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with experience in biotech or healthcare settings and proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office. Candidates must live near Palo Alto or be willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required plus experience.
• 2+ years of experience working with customers in biotech, life science, diagnostic or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and take on various projects.
• Excellent written, verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Client Services Associate.
• Meet higher KPIs than a Client Services Associate.
• Support Quality Assurance & Training as directed by Leadership.
• Act as a mentor to the Client Services Associates.
• Assist in troubleshooting and responding to or resolving questions from the BPO team and Client Services Associates.
• Responsible for escalating issues or trends to Leadership; participate in department tasks (expired kits, data cleanup, etc.).
• Other tasks/administrative duties as needed.
