Job summary

Marsh Agency in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Client Service Representative to process policies, prepare client documents, and support Account Managers while maintaining high data integrity in the agency management system. You will handle premium notices, renewals, and certificates of insurance, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

A Property & Casualty license is required or obtainable within 75 days, and proficiency in Excel/Word is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 75 days of onboarding.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, timely and efficient.
• Strong work ethic, responsible, reliable, service oriented.
• Possession of or ability to obtain state P&C license.
• Strong math skills with understanding of basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Process policies, endorsements, audits, and other client documents in the agency management system with focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare client documents for delivery via email, US Mail or hand delivery.
• Maintain data integrity in the agency management system for accurate reporting and outputs.
• Provide routine consultation to clients and assist Account Managers to help internal and external clients.
• Assist with accounting issues related to premium and commission discrepancies and accounts receivable; guide clients on payments and premium notices.
• Access carrier websites to obtain account information and policy documents; request endorsements or quotes as needed.
• Manage certificate holder lists; prepare and send renewal/midterm certificates and proofs of insurance.
• Verify coverage for third parties.
• Set and manage diaries to track account activity.
• Perform other duties as requested
