Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Experience educating plan participants on health benefits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate plan participants on health plan benefits at work sites via phone or virtual platforms.
• Conduct group benefits presentations in English and Spanish for WGAT and PCMI plan participants.
• Interface with third party vendors/providers to educate them on WGAT benefits and programs.
• Provide one-on-one support to address applicant concerns or questions.
• Assist with enrollment of participants and verify enrollment paperwork.
