Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or similar field or applicable work experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience using AI tools to improve processes and enhance marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Balance multiple activities and projects for the team, and track action items.
• Develop and create pitch materials and presentation materials for clients and brokers.
• Draft or edit documents for spelling, grammar and layout with keen proofreading skills.
• Update marketing materials daily and execute marketing campaigns.
• Maintain property listings on LoopNet, CoStar, LinkedIn and other sites.
